This is showing because the computer is not seeing the hard drive that contains the operating system. In some cases this is because the hard drive has come dislodged from the interface on the motherboard. Dells are good for this because the hard drive slides into the side of some models. Try reseating the hard drive and reboot. Your worse case scenario is that your hard drive has failed. The reason you are seeing the PXE-MOF etc. is that the laptop ias now looking for a network hard drive to boot from. It can't find the intenal hard drive so it is searching for other means to boot.

I would like you to try 2 things:1. Press and hold the blue Fn key then press the right arrow key a few times and see if it gets brighter. If that doesn't work try #22. Press and hold the blue FN key then press F5 or F6 not sure which one changes your screen. If it seems to mess something up it's ok.
