Sony Walkman NW-S705 MP3 Player Questions & Answers
I am not able to
try checking if it has viruses.. if it has then clean it first, reformat then try transferring songs again.
if still nothing happens,
then maybe your sony players hard drive is corrupted.
1) Eject your mp3.
2) Make sure you have installed all the installers or if not try finding an installer for that kind of mp3 player because maybe you have deleted the installer of your mp3 mistakenly
.
3) Rebuild your mp3 library.
if this doesn't work then try consulting people on sony.
Loose earphone Jack on sony NW s705f
Hiya,
If you remove the "hold" switch from the back of the unit, you'll discover a screw. Remove the screw and gently life the metal off cover off, it's might appear stuck but this is ok, it's held in place with a bit of double sided tape. Once inside there are two more screws... and to remove the PCB, there's another few screws.. Have fun!
However, I'm thinking when you say loose, are you referring to the physical socket? Because inside the player the socket isn't mounted directly to the PCB, instead it's mounted to a super thin plastic with copper-like contacts which in attaches to the main-board. The actual socket is designed to be slightly loose turns this puts less stress on the PCB and it's held in place buy the track controller/collar...
My advice, if it works don't dismantle it..
