How do i put in ink on 926 dell photo scanner and copier
From the online manual...1. Turn on your printer.2.Lift the printer unit, and then position the scanner support between the tabs to hold it open.3.The ink cartridge carrier moves and stops at the loading position unless the printer is busy.4.Press down on the ink cartridge lever to raise each ink cartridge lid.5.Remove the old ink cartridges.6.Store the cartridges in an air-tight container, such as the storage unit you received with your photo cartridge, or dispose of them properly.7. If you are installing new ink cartridges, remove the sticker and transparent tape from the back and bottom of each ink cartridge.8. Insert the new ink cartridges. Make sure the black or photo ink cartridge is secure in the left ink cartridge carrier, and the color ink cartridge is secure in the right ink cartridge carrier.9. Snap each lid closed.10. Hold the printer unit up, push the scanner support back to unlock it, and then lower the printer unit until it is completely closed.Manual can be downloaded

When i want to print something what do i do?
Connect the printer to your computer and install the printer driver.When you want to print say a Word document, open the document then click on File - Print, make sure you select your printer if it is not set as the default printer, then click Print.

Squeaks and squeals when printing
since you bought it, has it been making this noise? if your answer is yes, then you don't have to do anything. if your answer is no, then you may have to get a machine lubricant and apply a little at the wheels on both ends of the printer. but you have to open it and take off the top cover. the screws are at the bottom of the printer.

Hi, i'm getting error message 1203 on the
Error 1203 is a very interesting error code. Here is what I found out about error 1203Error 1203 is a very interesting cartridge error. It means your cartridges overflow even from brand new cartridges after a several prints or right after you refilled the cartridges. Check to see if ink are smeared on the holder where the contact panel with the cartridgeSolution:I use the lint free cloth(coffee filter work great) with a few drops of water to dampen and clean off those contact on the holder and my printer work again.Then before you print anything, you should run aligned the cartridges a couple times then run clean cartridges a couple times.Print the test page to see how it's look and way you go.Be sure not to leave any debris of lint free cloth(coffee filter work great on those holder contact panel.

My Dell AIO Printer A940 is double printing
remove your drivers package for your printer, and disconnect it from your computer, re install the drivers with the install disk included in your printer when you bought it, or from the dell web site, after you re install the drivers software pack, plug the printer back into the computer and turn it on and follow the installation screens, this should resolve your issue, if not I suggest you have the unit looked at by a tech.

How to Align a Printer Cartridge for a Dell Photo AIO 926Printers capable of producing high quality graphics and photos, like the Dell Photo All-In-One 926 printer, must have their cartridges properly aligned for best results. Typically you only need to align your printer's ink cartridges immediately after replacement. However, if documents show signs of uneven lines the cartridges being out of alignment. After aligning the cartridges print a test page to check print Instructions 1 Load printer paper into the Dell Photo 926 printer 2 Click on the start menu icon, on your computer, with your left mouse button. Left click on "Control Panel." Left click on "Hardware" and then left click on "Printers and Devices." 3 Locate and double left click on the icon for the Dell Photo 926 printer. The printer control window will open. Double left click on the "Adjust Print Options" button. 4 Click on the "Services" tab in the printer's window menu bar. Double left click on the "Align Print Cartridges" button." Left click on "align." Wait for the "Parameter" page to print. 5 Compare the figures on printed parameter page to current settings in the "Align Print Cartridges" window that has popped up on the computer. If the figures on the printed page correspond to the figures displayed in the window the cartridges are in alignment. If the figures on the page do not correspond with the figures in the window you need to set new parameters. Enter the new figures from the printed parameter page into the fields on the align print cartridges window on the computer, as directed by the prompts. 6 Click "Done" or "Okay." Exit out of all menus. Print any document and check the text and or graphics for quality.

Document stuck in queue and will not delete or print.
Its a common problem. All you have to do is to restart the Print Spooler service and delete the print queue. To restart the service follow the steps: Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Now find service named "Print Spooler" and right click over it and select "Restart" to restart the service.
Now open the "Printers and Faxes" folder and try to delete the print queue. Now you will be able to delete the print queue. If applicable you can follow the steps once again if any print queue refuse to get deleted.
Once the print queue is empty, you can print from your printer smoothly.
