Need Windows Vista driver for Persona C30
Try Downloading this (it's the installer/Setup Application for the XP Driver version
)
If you don't trust me, Go to their website and Download the same file there.
I'm an Expert Driver Finder, and even I couldn't find the Vista Driver..
- Anyways, Right-Click on the Setup file and select ->properties.
- Then click on the compatibility tab, and select Run this program in compatibility mode for: Select WindowsXP (sevice pack 2).
- Then click OK to exit the properties screen. And run the setup program, I think that shoul be it.
I Hope This Helps.

Download the latest copy of the C30 firmware, Fargo created a fix by sending more power to the ribbon sensor. After downloading the new firmware, calibrate the ribbon covering the printer the best you can from light.
The printer is printing very light images even
When a Thermal printer start to make really light prints, it is usually the "Element" or electrical "Drive" to that element, sometimes the thermostat gets a little tired, and it will not come up to the right temperature to "Burn" the image onto the special paper. Also ensure head is very clean. But usually a new head or heating unit will be required, usually this just gets lighter and lighter, until eventually it will fail. You need to get this unit serviced.
