Your issue will require some diagnostic from your local TV Repair Shop. In today's market, unless you find a repairman that does this work for a hobby, the cost of the parts and labor is higher than the value of the TV.
It may be in your best interest to research the LCD and LED TVs at your local WalMart/KMart/Best Buy.

Check the internet connection. The television can't update if it can't see the internet. Resetting it breaks the previous settings. The axles may have substantial amount of in/out play, 1/4 inch or more. Does the axle in question actually drive the wheel or does it freewheel?It's a typical differential so if you get both wheels off the ground and spin one wheel, the other wheel should rotate in the opposite direction.The axles are retained by the differential assembly (inside transmission) so if the axle is truly falling out, to fix it will require transmission be removed and opened.
