To reinstall it clean ..you have to go back in the control panel ...open the add remove programs..and remove the old program for the printer..(you will find it on the list by the printer's name ...there can be more than one program associated with the printer if it is a multifunctional ..)
after that ,,,insert the disk that came with the printer..and run all programs on i t...and follo w the instructions on screen ...At one moment you will be asked to connect the printer..and continue the installation until finish ...or ..you install all programs and after that connect the printer and restart the computer ...Im almost sure that this will fix the issue if the printer do not have a physical damage ..

Maybe it needs to set up from the printer properties. Right click on the printer and choose PRINTING PREFERENCES OR PRINTING PROPERTIES, then go to color tab and uncheck the PRINT IN GREYSCALE. or choose AUTOMATIC.

If not, it might be the colored ink catridge is clog and need to nozzle cleaning. Try to rub the cartridge nozzle into a plain paper with rubbing alcohol until ink flows and make sure colored ink flows and the try to print again.

If not, it might be the ink cartridge is faulty, try to replace new colored cartridge. Even if it still new purchase but if stuck up for a very long time. Ink might dries up or clogged which makes the ink cartridge defective.
