I have a cyberpix s-830d and aftera couple of pics

Hi kane_ell,

Depends on the battery's usage , if you have been using the batteries for quite , long then most probably it's the time for replacement.

However if the batteries are new then the problem is with the firmware which needs to repaired by the service center , so you can check if the camera is under warranty and do it for free , else inquire about the repair charge and check if that is OK with you.

Hope that helps ..:)

I accidently took the memory

First take the memory card out of the camera. Pictures that have been deleted, if that is what has happened, are probably still there, but will be overwritten if you take any more pictures on top of them.

Your camera is not able to undelete pictures, but there are programs for doing this on a computer. You can put the memory card into a card reader attached to a computer, and use an undelete program to recover the deleted files. Undelete programs are available for free download from the internet, try the one at THIS LINK This program can even get back pictures from a card that has been formatted.

If the pictures are very important to you, you might want to seek help from an experienced person.

I can not get my

First, you need to verify the supported operating system of your camera. Check the user manual and the supported OS should be listed there.

If the camera could support up to Windows Vista only, then we cannot expect that it will work with Windows 7.

However, you may contact the manufacturer of the camera and ask them if they have an updated driver that you need to install in your computer to make the camera work.

Good luck and have a good evening!

Everytime I take a picture it turns out blurry

Inside the lens their is a focus motor that has to be perfectly set if it get out of ajustment this will cause a blurry image it you try to zoom some times you may get a lens error this is because the lens has been obstructed from the inside by the focus lens. the lens eather needs to be replaced or rebuilt.you may find a broke one off ebay with a good lens pretty cheap if you are going to try and repair it your self.

Cam prob

Have you tried absolutely fresh batteries of the correct type? If so Then it would seem that the lens mechanism is not fully functional. DO NOT TRY TO FORCE THIS - IT IS VERY FINE AND CAN BE WRECKED BY THE LIGHTEST TOUCH OF FORCE. Turn off the camera remove the battery and with the eraser on the end of a pencil polish the internal contacts in the base of the battery chamber. Do the same for the chamber lid. Hold the camera lens down and gently tap the side of the lens mount. Re assemble -see what happens. If still in trouble go to customer support on the makers website.
