Hi,
The best way, removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into acard reader. (Either you connected via USB or FireWire and won't run down yourcamera's batteries.) It will be faster than connecting the camera to thecomputer. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as aremovable drive. Now you can get copy paste facility. You can easily copypictures from the card to the computer's hard drive.

How do i take a picture?
under the menu option you can cycle thru till you see camera mode and diff mega pixel options. i believe there also may be a switch on that model i have a previous model.

Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com

Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.

Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.

In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.

Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.

Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

Can't install the cd with vista
Unfortunately this is a company with horrible support and you are basically out of luck. Though for as little as 50-60$ you can purchase a new camera by a reputable company that will be at least twice as good.

Jazz DV165... remove date from pics
Go under settings and there should be something that says date stamp or something like that. Then select it and there should be an off choice. Select it and the date stamp is gone.
