Refilling is all right. I do it all the time! If the cartridge sits for a long time, the ink will dry up on the tiny jets. You may try wiping them with a cloth dampened with water and then running through a purge cycle on the printer. If that doesn't work, then you should go ahead and get it refilled.

Hi there head to the main HP website in your country or just the generic USA one and look for product support and downloads,
Whatever you do dont download one from Brothersoft as its usally garbage and full of spyware.
If your driver is not listed on the Hp website Click on the contact us link and send them an email requesting a driver download.

cartridge is faulty or may be the circuit touching the cartridge surface is not clean.try to clean n reinstall cartridge.or if needed reinstall driver after that.wish u success.

Thank you for your offer to assist me on my installation problem of my printer due to I misplaced my Driver. Anyway, I have downloaded from internet a free program driver for the particular HP Deskjet D2360.

what requirements does it not meet? Before you can install the printer the PC must meet those requirements.

Make sure u've connected all the required cables and then insert the CD, it will auto start and u can continue from there, however, if it does not work u can download the drivers from the internet.

What OS are you using? If it is windows. Double Click my computer, find to cd drive and double-click that. There should be a setup file that you can run.
