If the problem remains, i am Sorry for the Bad News.It is the power board(also known as SMPS) There may failed capacitors(not capacitors) in it. There are three connectors(for Y-Main, X-main and logic board). Disconnect them one by one and check again for the clicking sound. For example you disconnect connector of Y main and the clicking sound goes away, that means the Y main reeds to be replaced. The order of removing connector is Y first, X second and logic board third. If you want to repair it yourself then you should be having proper knowledge about the internal circuitry of the TV.

If you wish to Call Someone for Repair, I would estimate around $300-$350( minimum) and the max would be around $500-$600.

Your problem is most likely a failure of the main board system control or a power issue on the set loaded dn panel voltage by the y main or x main ---

First test the wall outlet, try plugging a lamp into the same outlet see if it works. If the outlet works then read the following below. If the wall outlet doesn't work then plug the TV into another outlet.

If its not the wall outlet:

Unfortunately the power supply has a problem sustaining DC output. This can be caused from several fault scenarios. Get someone who is technically savvy and I will show them via e-mail what to test to fix this problem for you. Or you can take it to your local repair center.

Replaced swollen capacitors on power board.

the capastor on the mains power board are on way out check them look for raised tops ( they look like little bateries with white line) if you are going to replace them yourself take picture so you put back same way

if you have already tried to re scan the channels and that did not work you are going to have to reaplce the Mainboard the cost is around 200 dollars and you should be able to find it on partsearch.com or Andrew electronics

There are reset buttons on the plasma look and find your make sure after you reset your tv that u shut it off for few mins

Sounds like you're using component video wires from your source. Each wire has its own color signal.

Double check all your wiring.

Have you tried another source on the HDMI to see if you get the same results? If not then the source for some reason is locking out those modes. If the second source doesn't work then it is a feature not available while using HDMI.

If you have a cable box connected to the TV disconnect that from the TV and see if the issue goes away. If it does then I suspect there is A.C> leakage in the cable box or somewhere in their wiring. Please take a few moments to rate my answer. Thanks...

There is a firmware update for this TV on the Samsung website. The link will bring you to the update page. You can try the update, but make sure you follow the directions according to their instructions.. Good Luck : )

by calling the people that you bought it from and tell them your problem

if you not need replaced main board you can use cable box or tv converter box

check tv battery- remote.

THE ONLY SOLUTION I FOUND WAS TO CHANGE THE POWER SUPPLY CARD INSIDE. WHICH IS NOT DIFICULT AT ALL
