1. Open the Control Panel
2. Select Sounds and Audio Devices ? Audio Tab
3. Go to Volume on Sound Recording
4. Select Advance under Microphone and check the Do not monitor check-box.

This way, you should be able to keep using the microphone without feedback from any speakers.

now to change it to spanish you will have to reinstall a spanish operating system. If its a new laptop, with a legal operating system, then i would try to trade it with the manufacturer.

The driver is not compatible with the OS or your Antivirus is blocking it. Disable antivirus and see if that works.. if not then call 1-877-805-1027 for expert help.

I see that your computer has both an S-Video and Montor connector. Depending on your TV yu should be able to connect thru any of these two. Check for dust in the fan, The fan in my old Toshiba was noisy too at the start but once up to speed it was quiet. I bought a replacement fan and fitted it. Easy to do as the noise was starting to irritate me.

Check AC power cord, use a different one, also plug into different outlet. If that doesn't work power switch is bad. Or something else is wrong.

Hi Cheryll, Make sure there are no problems with the driver installed on your machine by going to Control Panel->Device Manager and see if there are any question\exclamation marks on one of the drivers. While you are at the device manager you can check the touch pad driver version and update it to the latest from the manufacturer website if needed. To check the driver version double click the touch pad and go to the Driver tab. You will see it under driver version. Also some netbooks got an hardware button to shutdown the Touch Pad. you should have numbers on the keyboard which you can access using the Fn button... you can also use these without the FN button by htting the NumLock button, then use as normal keypad.... other that that try using the Alt button and the Fn with the corresponding digits.So hold down Alt, FN and tap the corresponding digits/letters on the keyboard. If you need to use a numpad a lot, then can purchase a USB numpad - often included with USB kits from gadget shops.

check if both webcam driver and software was installed first,if not download and install them.if they were,then click the start button and look out for toshiba,it should be there when u click on the toshiba folder..

If you have another account on your laptop that has administrator rights, log in into that account and change the password for your account. If you have an administrator account (even if you don't try putting in Administrator and leave password field blank) try using that account to reset the password, otherwise try one of the following:
