Cannot install the device
With regards to this issue, I would suggest you to download windows update since samsung MTP devices are generic driver loaded by microsoft. Then after you have downloaded the windows update press and hold the play button of your device while you are connecting it to your computer, if this is successful a Found new hardware message will pop up on your screen then just follow the on screen instruction on how to install your device.
Hope this helps. PEACE!
SAMSUNG YP-U2J PLAYER PLOBLEM
check wether you use media player 10 or 11. If you have 11 remove all traces of it and either rollback or re-install 10. You will have to reboot your laptop once you have put media player 10 on.
MP3 PLAYERS ARE MADE CHEAPLY!
I have one that had the same problem. I solder the jack back on but noticed that the solder pad came off the circuit board. Look at the circuit board and find the component where the connection from the solder pad leads. Using a piece of wire you should be able make a new connection. even after Soldering the jack back on, check to see if the pads inside the jack are bulging out enough to connect to the headphones. The constant wear and tear from rocking the headphone jack back and forth is what causes it to "brake". Could happen when its on your pocket.
I have put my MP3 in a washing machine
thats weird because mine went through the wash and its oerfectly fine.
make sure you mom didnt over heat the wires or anything inside of your mp3. its possible that your mom fried it.
REMOVE THE MUSIC
Connect device.Go to My Computer.Click on the device's icon. Click on the folder that says music. Then just right click music files you want to delete and delete them.
hope it helps!!!!!!
Storage data
you must pt it in the folder or it will not work. internal storage is for the system. It removes the dates and stuff because windows media player does it
