I have the updates downloaded but I need a copy of the original SD card with the original map software. My daughter accidentally erased it while attempting to put MP3's on the 3000GO. If anyone would like to trade, please let me know at

4 myguide there is NO MORE updates !!! Operating system "PLUS" is
not supported by the new MAPS. MyGuide had no UPDATES ANYMORE !!!!

solution: Go to a service and install on it an Igo 8.3 or 8.5 or amigo
(it depends on the operating system).

Yes correct! No more the Myguide company. Try another navigation system... not the factory default "PLUS".

yes it has it's just a bit hidden! click find and go, then click other city. this will allow you to add a postcode, as long as you put a space in the appropriate place you'll have no trouble
Sat nav is stuck on screen page for address
after resetting ,goea through procedure of language ,left hand,time,but after testing voice selection then when tabbing select the screen freezes then eventually resets again

Sounds like a software problem. Insert the maps backup cd with your unit attatched to the computer by usb. An option of reinstalling original software will appear, click on this after 10 mins it should be back to how you first got it

You should have got a maps backup cd in the box it came in so you can reinstall them

What model number is it? I have a manual for the 3100 series if you want it?

You should have had a map backup cd in the box. Put the cd in your computer and connect the myguide to the computer by usm this will allow you to add/remove maps

No myguide have gone bust! If the maps on your unit are on an sd card you can get torrents and install them on there. If the maps used to be on the unit itself you should use the map cd that came with it
