What size is your SDXC Card? The maximum supported it 2 Gb. It can't handle more than that and won't format.

Easyshare1530 with no disc?
You don't need any special software.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo management program such as Picasa (

My laptop has no card reader what should i do
You can buy a card reader that plugs into the USB port on your computer for not much more than the price of a cup of coffee. One advantage of a card reader is that it will work with any camera (that uses the same type of card) and thus won't need to be replaced when you get a new camera.

Memory card is protected. Reset switch on memory
There are several possible causes for "memory card locked/protected", "memory card error", or "no memory card". The most common cause is having the tiny slide switch on the side of the card in the wrong position (but you've checked that already). The second most common is trying to use a 4GB or higher SDHC card with an older camera made before SDHC format came out. There are also other common causes if the above didn't help, with troubleshooting steps for this problem
listed here. Please note that the C633 is an older camera, and can only use 2GB or less standard SD cards. 4GB or higher SDHC will not work with your camera. Fortunately 2GB cards are relatively inexpensive these days, and may be easily found on Amazon if your local store no longer carries them.
Memory card is protected Reset switch on memory
Look at your memory card. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
