Problem

The songs are in the wrong format - this player does not work with iTunes, and it doesn't support DRM-encrypted WMA's. Convert all of your files to mp3 format, and you won't have a problem.

Seperate Playlists

Use Windows Media Player to create the playlist, and then transfer them to the player by dragging the entire folder to the sync window, instead of dragging all of the files within the playlist to the window.

Sa4111

I am not familliar with the SA4111, but it seems to be identical to the SA11XX series.

With the SA11XX freezing was caused by protected tracks or corrupt firmware. The procedure for the SA11XX series is as follows: Removing the battery should reset the player. Check that your files are not protected (DRM). If they are, format the player and load a non-protected test track, and try again. If the player still freezes then install and run the Firmware Manager from the product CD. Select the repair option and follow the on-screen prompts.

My mp3 doesnt play music properly

This is caused by the ground connection from the earphone socket not making contact with the main PCB.

This can be repaired by anyone competent with a soldering iron.

The four contacts on the earphone socket need to be re-soldered.
