When i turn my navman icn310,its just says waitin

It means it's searching for GPS birds. The initial process may take up to 15 minutes for the unit to locate enough birds to locate itself. after it's located the birds and itself, subsequent power on sequences should be shorter in locating the birds.

How to replace internal battery

Taking out the back cover will be hard - there are a lot of moulded clips on the periphery, you must gently pry them open with a thin blade one at a time; Start at the bottom, next to the speaker and go all around except for the left side (the one with the card) there it will just lift out when you rotate the back cover. Be sure not to rip the antenna connections and do not force it or the back cover will split.
