Up at the top of the camera there is a little pin wheel thing, right, now turn the wheel to the green camera on the pin wheel. Now take the pic, then go to the icon below the green camera and see if ur pic came out.

Are you camera use AA batteries, if so you can try a Li-ion AA batteries as the camera don't support all type of AA batteries.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). How do I download photos
The easiest way is by plugging it in through a usb cable, this camera is probably going to use a micro usb port cord. Another way is to take out the memory card and either to insert it into the memory card reader of your computer if there is one, and if not than a usb card reader can be purchased for a decent price. This reader is than plugged into the usb drive on the computer and when the memory card is inserted into it, the computer should ask what you want to do, you need to open folder to see files, and than just copy the files over into a folder on your PC.
