The drum is part of the toner-cartridge, so when replacing the toner-cartridge, you are also replacing the drum. Solution - Change cartridge :)

check duplex unit fixed properly,Do cold restart( hold the go button switch on the printer after all LED are once blink release the button ensure that don"t hold the button more than 15 sec)..Check the drivers..

If the printer is OK ..and you have ink and there are no errors shown ..it means that you need to reinstall the driver program for it ..and after that will work ...In case of errors you have to check the manual and see what the error means and usually for any of them you need to reset the printer...The resetting procedure can be found on the support site of the manufacturer ...and if you do not have the driver anymore...you can also find it on the support site under the downloads (drivers and downloads in some cases ) Just select the model and the operation system and go for it ..

Hello, not all of the P2015 Series printers support Automatic Duplexing. Are you sure you have the correct model printer? Only the P2015D/DN/X support this feature. Check the front cover, it will have the model listed... In the printer driver, check the device settings, see if duplexing is an option and enable it.

Mmm. Well, once I was unable to install a HP LaserJet P2050 on a laptop. The cause is most probably that it runs Windows Vista, and that the CD isn't compatible with Vista, so I think you're problem is the same. Hope that helps,

if you click on your exact model - you will then be taken to a menu to choose the windows version - I checked on the P2015 and there is a windows 7 driver available
Download the drivers and then double click on the exe file to install.
