Lenspen is a brand name for a pen like cleaning system. It has a soft cone like top, you can use to clean the lens. I think you should go for the smallest version. If you have a small piece of chamois, perhaps you could use that to, but don't press it into the corners using any tool. You could damage the lens. It may exist but if you can't read Japanese just can't see it try entering the english version into a translator on yoir pc and see what the Japanese translation is

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). You didn't list what model you have all I can tell you O.I.S. stands for optical image stabilization, if you model has a 'switch' to control the OIS, then try changing the switch, if it is a menu setting...try reset. Hope this helps.

On page 141 the manual says [PLEASE CHECK THAT THE LENS IS ATTACHED CORRECTLY] • Check that the lens is attached correctly and then turn the camera off and on. > If the message persists, contact the dealer or your nearest Service Center. on page 14 the manual says : This unit can use the dedicated lenses compatible with the Micro Four Thirds System lens mount specification (Micro Four Thirds mount) such as the lens included in DMC-G1K.
