Turn off the device then turn it back on. that should solve the problem. normally this is because a program on the Palm is still associated with that picture. turning it off and on severs that association.

Make sure both devices are turned on.
Do a search for new devices with the phone, it should find all devices in range. Select the device you want the phone to pair with. Use 0000 as a password.

I had same problem. Push volume control button on left. The ringer volume probably has been set too low so you can't hear it ring.

Taking the battery out to switch your phone ON/Off can cause serious problems.

To receive calls, your phone must be on.
This is different from having only the screen turned on (see Turning your phone on). When your phone is off, your calls go to voicemail. To see a picture of the person calling you!
Learn how to assign a caller ID picture in Assigning a caller ID ringtone. If music is playing when a call arrives, the smartphone rings softly. You can answer the phone as you normally would. The audio pauses during your call. To answer a call, do one of the following:
• Press Phone/Send .
• Press Answer (left action key).
• If the headset is attached, press the headset button.
To ignore a call and send it to voicemail, press Menu (right action key) and
select Ignore or press the Power/End key.

I have this treo 750 now for 3 monnths.. now when i click on Windows it only shows no drop down or no options

Check and see where you are saving your images.  I save mine to my memory chip.  If it gets too full it won't take any more pics.

You might be having a different issue with the black screen.  Have you gone to the programs section and checked your settings?

Go to settings, connections and run beam.

There is a specific code for your SIM chip.  If you enter the wrong code too many times in usually will toast the chip.  Try calling whoever you bought it from.

You can program the screen to lock while you are on a call.  Most likely you pressed something while on the call and it switched you to the photo gallery.  If you hold the option key and press end it will lock the screen while on a call.

You can program short cut keys.  Go to your settings are and you can find all kinds of neat things.

I have a solution for you, your mobile service provider, ie Vodafone, should have a code to extend the length of the ringer before it will divert to voicemail.

For anyone using Vodafone it is:-

**61*+447836121121*10*25#

The last two digits are the amount of seconds you want to have, above is set to 25 seconds.

I have heard on the 'grapevine' that using the full 30 seconds may make a difference to how you are billed, that is a higher charge in the incremental way you are billed. So 25 seconds should be the maximum duration.

if it is a CAB file you can download directly from the website on to your phone, be aware of data charges!

Sometimes you can get moisture in the speaker, try drying it out with hair dryer. Other wise he would have to get the ear speaker replaced. Sorry for the bad news.

Also, check if he has the volume up.

If you dial *67 and the number it should block the call. You can also call your phone company .. sprint etc and they will gladly permanently block the number for you.

Is it on the phone mode? There are 2 'modes' for this- just a PDA organiser (with no network and unable to use it as a phone), or phone mode (like the usual cell/mobile phone). Gently hold down the 'hangup/off' button. The screen will turn off momentarily. The Today screen will say Phone Off. You will not have any network on this. If you hold down the hangup/off button again, the phone will switch off and on again, and you will be able to see your network or "phone on" on the screen. Hope this helps
