An "SE" error would be a shorted membrane keypad.
I'm not sure about an "E5" error.
You would have to consult the "mini-manual" or technical sheet inside the microwave, usually located behind the control panel or hidden inside the area behind the grille. It may mention an "E5" error.
At

over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
If it is an SE error this is a problem that's pretty easy for the homeowner or a friend to do himself. And you can save $200 or so.
