Microve Oven does not power on
Hello :
It seems that there's a problem with the power transformer or the power PCB . Or it could be just a fuse . You need to check first . If it's the fuse , then that will be easy to solve , you need only to replace it with new one . But if the problem is with the transformer or with the PCB , you need to take your microwave to the service for repairing .
good luck .

This will occur if the touch pad board is malfunctioning. have the touch pad replaced asap, if possible. it is damaged.
My microwave does not heat but there is power
Sounds like the magnetron has failed. This is the component that
produces the microwave that heats the food. The cost of the magnetron
is about 95% of the cost of a microwave .
Most people don't, for this reason, replace the magnetron, they replace
the whole oven which is probably what you will end up doing. There is a
possibility that the circuit that provides power to the magnetron is
faulty and you need to take it apart, find the proper electrical leads
and test them with a volt meter. To do this you have to remove it from
its mounting and take it apart. It is a fairly lengthy process however.

Unless there is some kind of safety seal addressed in the manual, I would think the door open lever has failed.
If that's the case, I would return it for a replacement.

I would suggest that you try it for a minute or so on the very lowest power level and see if it shuts off.
If so, please post again with more detail about how it fails, such as whether it loses all power as if someone unplugged it or just acts as if someone hit the STOP button.
