Picture is fine for about an hour then goes fuzzy

Hello Townsend, It sounds like a problem called blooming, or you are having a problem with focus control which are signs of a problem in the horizontal and high voltage section of the tv in the case of plasma TV this would be the excitation circuit. I would suggest that you take the set to a TV repair shop to effect repairs.

It has a picture but it is jumping what do you think could be wrong with it?

There can be many things that can cause a jumping or unstable picture. The power supply is the starting point. You would have to be able to monitor the voltage outputs to determine if there is instability. Then there is the testing of the circuit boards by monitoring the proper waveforms, as per indicated in the service manual. You will require the proper test instruments for this. Once the defective board is found it will have to be replaced. If the set is out of warranty, it may be more worth while to replace it. Servicing out of warranty can be too expensive to be cost effective.

Can an old HP Workstation xw8000 Computer that is currently using 512 RAM (PC2100 registered 184 PIN ECC DDR SDRAM DIMMs) be upgrade using 4GB Kit (2 X 2GB) PC2100 Registered 266MHz 184 pin DDR SDRA

According to a couple of people I have conferred with, that RAM should work. Take a stick of the old ram out and make sure the the cut out, in the new RAM, is in the exact place as the old sticks. It cannot be off by a micron, or it will not fit. Understanding Identifying and Upgrading the RAM in your PC Dont click on any of the ads in that article, just read it and you will be able to judge for yourself.
