Have you checked the output voltages on your power supply. If they are good and depending on what type of set you have it could be the logic or t-con board. Your set is in stand by mode put there because the diagnostic circuits have deteted a problem some where in the circuits and will not let it power up fully to prevent damage to other circuits. Disconnect all leads from your power board and check out put voltages. Their value is stamped on the board next to each pin, if these check good move on to a logic board( if equipped) and them to the t-con board.. I am thinking you have problems on your power board. Ok... This is the stupidest, most Temecula answer EVVVVER... BUT it off pure frustration, here is my temporary fix...I taped (using super strong duct tape) a some to the HDMI button then powered on the TV, and TADA...I can watch TV again, at least until I replace the fuka!
