TV wont power on. Upon starting green light on
This should be an error code 14. Most of the Philips TVs with this code means the Audio is the problem.
The Audio board maybe shorted out causing the TV to go into "Protection Mode". I would try unplugging the Audio board from the main power supply board and main mother board to see if the TV powers up without going into Protection Mode. That should give an answer if the Audio board is bad or not.

Small green line on right side of screen
This is an easy fix using the Philips remote control that came with your tv. On the center of the remote is a dial that has left right up down controls. Stand in front of the tv and using those controls you can recenter the screen and get rid fo the green line. I had same problem when we hooked up hd satellite reciver to philips 37 plasma

Green line problem
I had the same problem when we hooked up an hd satellite box. It's a simple solution using the Philips remote that came with your tv. The dial in the center of the remote with up down left right control will move the picture left or right up or down by holding the direction you want to go. Make sure to stand in front of tv.

The red standby light flashes and when the power
One of the boards (module) has a short on it, and or the power supply itself is failing.
The service center will find the fault using the process if elimination. They will replace the bad boards or modules as required to get the set working again.

Philips FLAT TV 37PF7320A/37 - having difficulty
Hello. I believe I can assist you. On your TV remote there is a button called input. Push that button. Then you will see a menu of each of the possible sources of signals for your tv. Go down through them until your Wii appears on the screen. ALSO remember that you will have to change the input selection again when you want to watch television.
Regards, Joe

I have a Philips 50
I have the exact same problem! I have it hooked up to a power strip now to unplug it by flicking of the power strip and waiting for the red light to go out then I turn it back on while Channeling up 10 X's and then down and up until it comes on. I listen to the sound of the switch which it comes on. I turn it off if it is faint and then back on and channel up. Crazy process but it's been working. It takes about 10 minutes everytime to get the TV on until I get a tech to come out and look at it. The capacitor keeps a charge which is why the light is flashing with a code for 60 seconds./JJ

NO RASTER. ONE LONG
Sounds like you got a bad capacitor in the TV most would be in the power supply region. Not much I can tell from the error code your getting as its a
General hardware fault code. If you have
General working knowledge of TV's you "could" pop this thing open and examine Swollen Capacitors, Fuses, Foil leads etc etc.
If this is under any type of warranty bring it into the shop and get your work done
Free if its not you might be digging in the pocketbook for
repairers here.

Philips 42
There are two places to look for the problems, the backlight inverter board and the power supply. Look at the power supply first since it is easier to get to, look for burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc.
