Philips 37PF7320A 37 in. HD-Ready LCD Television - Page 3 Questions & Answers
My tv keeps reverting to the Philips TV Menu
If that TV has a 'menu' button on the front of the set, make sure nothing like coca-cola has spilled into where that switch is located. I would try a different remote in case the remote is getting flaky....

Philips 37PF7320A/37 won't turn on. Error code 14
I have the model Philips 37PF7320A/37 won't turn on and MOST articles on the Internet say it's the Capacitors capictors capictors..I checked all of them. My tv just blinked red lights, had the clicking sound at first power on, but then goes black. No sound. No picture. Nothing. Just blinking red lights.
MINE WAS RESISTOR no. 3318 , a 100 OHM RESISTOR ON POWER SUPPLY BOARD.
I BOUGHT REPLACEMENT FOR .99 CENTS SOLDER IT, AND EVERYTHING WORKED!!!
THAT WAS ALL IT TOOK.
JUST A SUGGESTION..
1. CHECK FOR BULGING CAPACITORS (90 PERCENT OF THE PROBLEM)
2. THEN CHECK FOR RESISTORS WITH MULTIMETER ( FALLS INTO THE OTHER 10 PERCENT OF THE PROBLEM.)
TELL ME IF THAT

The TV automatically switches to the Menu option by itself
Reset the TV first and see whether it help you. To reset it, unplug it from AC mains wall socket, and replug it after 5 minutes or so. If this do not help you, the main system memory IC to your TV should be checked. Might need replacement.

How do i pick up hd channels?
You need to subscribe to cable or satellite. OR try an HD OTA (over the air) antenna. For best results you should get a directional antenna and point it in the direction of your nearest transmitter.Indoor HD antennas don't work well unless you are very close to the transmitting tower. You really want to be on the roof, as high as practical without tall. Here is a fantastic resource that will tell you all you need to know about antennas
http://www.antennaweb.org/default.aspx This site will help you point it.If you have multiple transmitters that you want to pick up you may want to use an antenna rotor that will allow you to point the antenna in the direction of the transmitter without the hassle of climbing onto the roof.I'm sure there are local antenna installers if you are uncomfortable with climbing your roof or running the wire.Hope this helps.

Colours are not fitting the picture
Look for any jammed buttons on remote. Remove battery from it. Switch off the TV manually, and wait for some time and switch it on. Now using control panel, try resetting it to what it was.

Philips model 37PF7320A won't turn on
The power supply regulator section is not working properly. It will be best to replace this board as card basis rather than trying to make it right. Philips have used some special numbered components there, which are very difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. Contact the nearest authorized service center for Philips to buy a new board.
