Safari won't access web page with my iPad air

There are problems with the Belkin site. It may even be that someone has sabotaged it. I had problems using the Belkin drivers and discovered that two of the files (I needed version 2 files for my F5D7050 Wireless Adapter) were actually version 1 files and I found the correct files (all the same names, but different sizes) on the Drivers Guide site (do not download their download helper file - it messes up your computer and takes a lot of work to get rid of it). Also, searching for the drivers is made more difficult because one of them is actually misspelled on the Belkin site. Sorry I did not keep notes about which one I found was wrong.

Well, I would recommend you to install the version 2 of the driver that can be downloaded from the below link:

I believe this would help resolve the issue.

Have you installed drivers for it? If not, immediately install them. If it still doesn't work then maybe it is malfunctioning.

My New belkin N+N router

Did you install the software BEFORE you plugged in the router? If not, uninstall and reisntall the software before plugging in the router and see if that solves the problem.

Use the Ethernet cable to verify the router or modem is working and connects to the Internet. If so, then check your wireless adapter in the desk top through device manager - it should detect the Belkin. Also, verify you are entering the correct WEP keys to access the wireless connection to the router or modem - sometimes it gets typed in wrong.

Hi,

Limited or No Connectivity. It only means that when your trying to connect wirelessly the Network Key that you've entered on the computer did not match the Network Key on the router. What you need to do is to access the router and then look for the Wireless Settings Page, look for the Network Key or Passphrase.

How to access the Router:

1. You need to know the ipaddress of your router. You can refer to the manual or check the Default Gateway of your computer (Make sure that you connect the computer to the router using an ethernet cable for you to get the Default Gateway). Click on START then RUN. Type CMD on the small box on the lower left of the screen. Type IPCONFIG on the black window and get the value of your DEFAULT GATEWAY (it starts with 192.168.x.x)

2. Open a Browser, Type the DEFAULT GATEWAY on the address bar of your Browser. It will ask you for a username and password. (Refer to the manual of your router or post a reply so that i can provide you the username and password of your router)

3. Go to the Wireless Settings Page of your router. Look for the SSID or the Network Name and the Network Key or Passphrase. You can personalize it so that you can easily remeber the details.

4. Make sure you connect to your SSID and enter the Network Key to make it secure.

5. Try to browse. If Successful Rate me so that i can help others.

Thanks for using Fixya.

Hello,

You can try an simple step like..deleting the preferred networks(saved networks) and then try re-connecting..That should do the job. Even then if its the same issue.. Change the channel and SSID in the belkin router and power cycle the router(turn off the power of the router for 10 sec) and power it back on.. and reconnect all your computers and everything will work properly.

Hope this helps. For further information please do feel free to contact us.
