Exide Chloride Power Station (EXP2000) UPS System Questions & Answers
I want to ask the manufacturing date of AGS battery with code 10.04.43
it does not matter, just replace it , most are bad in short time.

they die based on heat located and how many times you run on inverter power, and how long. (stress)

or? what matter is inside depends on the UPS history.

1) it'll provide 1yr guarantee..(though some retailers give 6months warranty)..

I want to check the manufacturing date of battery
san1923, Battery should have laser mark or HOT stamp of date of manufacture on top or side of battery. May be just a four digit code stating year and week of manufacture. e.g. 7647 = 1976 week 47 or 0422 = 2004 week 22. 12fixlouie
The batteries are very hot
Looks like those batteries need to be changed out for new ones. It is not usual for thost to be really hot but batteries that are on constant charge from a ac current do wear out and my recommendation is have them changed out.
