No carga labateria y es nueva
Compruebe los contactos de la bateria y en el puerto de carga. Si el puerto de carga esta suelto, puede haber algo roto en el interior que podrian requerir el reemplazo o la reparacion.

How do you turn on
There is not wireless switch on this model. To turn on your wireless you will need to hold down FN + F2. If this does not turn on your wireless its most probably disabled in the Bios. To enable it, press the F2 key at the Dell Logo on startup, move down to wireless, press enter and move to wireless control, make sure its set to Fn+F2/App, then move down to wireless devices and make sure it set to on. Press Esc, and save changes and exit.
Screen not working
There is too little information. The screen could be broken. The cable could be broken. The video ram could be bad. The graphics chip could be bad.
Dell Latitude D610
This sounds like it might be some sort of virus or malware. Do you have anti-virus software installed? If you do, run a full scan of your system. Run it at least twice if nothing is found the first time. Windows doesn't typically tell you to press F1 to shutdown your computer.
If you don't have an anti-virus program installed, you can run the Windows Live One Care Safety Scanner from the web:

Keeps shutting down
hmm. Thats series of dells are known for a graphics chip malfunction (overheaing) But that might not be your issue. If you can get into it again, run a good antispy/malware program like malware bytes or spybot 2 or superantispyware.... if you cant get into the normal mode,, when it restarts, hit F8 repeatedly until the DOS like screen comes up. First try last known good configuration, then if not working, try safe mode and go to start then accessories then system tools then system restore. Choose a restore point before this occurred. This will put it back the way it was. If this don't work, try hooking up an external VGA monitor. If you still see no screen, then your motherboards video chip has burned out. They are (they being the motherboard with the working video chip) pretty cheap on ebay or amazon and with a bit of knowledge or a friend that does know, can be replaced returning you to what was. <:o)
Webcam
No, it doesn't seem that it does. Original release date was 2005 for this model. It is more of a business laptop.
As soon as I power on My Dell D610 in boot screen
As soon as I power on My Dell D610 in boot screen appear : '' MANUFACTURING MODE: LEVEL '67'''
''PRESS
FN + X TO RETURN THE SYSTEM TO NORMAL MODE'. This does not appear to
work, it then shows hit F1 for shutdown, nothing happening with that
operation either.
Have dell d610 battery light flashes 4 times red then one green, can't unplug
I would take note of the message you are getting and buy a new battery. I believe the red flashing lights mean that one or more of the cells in the battery are dying, and it's best not to turn off alarm lights like these. Did the battery hold charge for a longer period than one hour before you started to see the flashing light warning?
My Dell latitude d610 charging circuit not working on board
What needs to be done is the jack that your adaptor plugs into has solder points underneath it. All the solder points need to be resoldered to make sure that there are no cracks in the solder that are preventing the jack from charging your battery.
After this is done if the laptop still isn't charging then if you know for sure your using the correct ac adaptor with your laptop then at that point the moterboard would have to be replaced.
Dell latitude D610 continues to turn over on start up
You can try tapping F12 as soon as it starts, this should bring up the boot menu, try booting to the hard drive. If it works, then the BIOS might have doped the HDD from the boot menu, your manual is a joke, and tells noting of the BIOS, so you would have to look through it and find boot order or first boot.If nothing works, you need to take it to someone who can either go through the BIOS, and it this doesn't work they can extract the windows serial key and reinstall the operating system after cleaning the HDD the correct way, and that is not formatting it but erasing it.
Microphone of Dell latitude D610
The D610 has two audio jacks. The one closest to the monitor has a picture of a microphone above it, and the one closest to the user has a picture of headphones above it. Do you have your microphone plugged into the correct jack?
