There are a few things going on here, the pressure stat, the level probe and or the element or the safety reset thermostat. Since I cannot see the machine most of the recommendations here will be based on the info that was in your question. Since your machine looses power twice a day I will assume that your vent valve is damaged, and you produce alot of americanos. So check the pressure stat located under the machine(black or blue covered rectangular box) follow the tube leading out of it to the boiler, MAKE SURE MACHINE IS OFF AND COOLED DOWN. Check connection to boiler that could be blocked, if not blocked check tube for blockage. Then check the water level on the machine, it should not be past max on the sight glass. If it is your level probe needs to be adjusted and or cleaned, probe is on the right side of the boiler above the element, you will see a silver piece of metal with a red wire connected to it.

There is a level probe which is insert inside the boiler you should find it either on top or on the side of the boiler and with a wire conected directly on it. It also secure with 12 or 13 mm nut. You can anscrew the nut remove the probe whech is only a metal rod and this should be cover with scale or other water dirt. Put back together and the levelof the water will stop at the write point 2/3 of the boiler. Be careful to put it at the same psosition so you will not change the corrct level of the water. If it is very dirty then this mean that the whole boiler and machine need also descaling and cleaning.

Although you can try to do a reset of the unit. Here is a link to
