Type "regedit" in the Start menu

In the window that opens navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

Backup your registry key as what you're about to do is risky (with ProfileList highlighted, click File and Export and choose a backup name)

Then scan through the ProfileList IDs and delete any with ProfileImagePath found in it as it shouldn't be there

Close regedit, reboot and next time KB3081424 should install properly

we need to determain if your camera is still installed properly. Click the start button now just above it you will see a rectangle search box in that type device manager click enter now in that list you need to find your camera (Imaging Device) & see if it's installed. if there is a arrow next to it this means there is something wrong possibly uninstalled or needs a driver update, so right click on it then left click on update driver hopfully that helps

If you change, its possible by setup if exist the option? review in the WEB sony and search by this model for change to spanish

bios reset can be achieved by removing the cmos battery for 10 to 15 seconds(also remove main battery and unplug the power packrefer to the product website for the location of the battery.please note that some of these batteries need to be un-soldered from the motherboard

It doesn't recognize audio device,you just update sound and volume control device.

Check your audio properties to make sure the volume is turned up and not muted. Click Start/Control Panel or Start/Settings/Control Panel and look for Audio or Sound. Check the volume and make sure it is not on mute.You can also click the megaphone at the bottom right near the time to check the Audio Properties.Try downloading and reinstalling the drivers.

You didnt mention your OS,well..
For windows 7 > directly download from microsoft website > display language > choose languange > file name windows6.1-kb972813-x86.exe
For windows xp ( cannot change display language, only support extra help and typing language )

You will need to make some selections that only you will know.

To set you computer back to factory fresh settings you will need to format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system and the drivers.
You will need to have the CD's that either you made when you got your computer or if your lucky you got the CD's that the factory furnished with the computer at the time you bought it.
If you do not have those CDs/DVDs then go the website of the computer manufacturer and search the website for "Recovery Discs", if they are not available
there you might locate them on Ebay.
1.Format the hard drive:
You do this by double left clicking on "My Computer",then double left click the main drive (normally C drive).
When the window pops open, you will choose "Format"
Keep in mind that once you format your hard drive you will loose all your files,programs,pictures,etc that you installed since the computer was new.
So make your back up on a portable hard drive,thumb drive,etc.
2. Once the formatting of the hard drive is complete you will need to reinstall the operating system along with the drivers.
That will bring your computer back to factory new condition as far as operating is concerned.
