there is a problem with your bios firmware or nvram. to fix this you can try to reflash your bios, but doing so needs an expertise because if something goes wrong in the process you wont be able to use your laptop again but if still interested just send me a message and ill give you a detailed instruction

Something is plugged into your computer that Windows is missing a driver for or is incompatible with.

It seems you entered a Power ON password, If you remember please enter it or if not then you need to visit nearest Service Provider.
You can try Enter when it ask for the password. Or if possible Go to BIOS and disable the Power On password.

if the laptop led lights shows some activity then your lcd backlight or inverter board is gone. to test hook up an external screen if it displays well then your laptop is fine, and definately the lcd.

This kind of error is not user-serviceable. Your board or some other device is probably broken or some circuit is shorted. Proceed to your nearest service center, good luck.

u press f2 wen the system starts there u will be going to the setup and there u will find smart drive enable or disable u must select disable

This problem from the chipset .. this is a big chip ic u need to remove reball and fix it again... u can if it under the mouse pad.. when u open laptop ..Thanks

Go to the HP website. They ought to have them. I just found the one I was looking for.
