Look for a bad fuse on the control board. Soldered in near the power connection. You may see a burn mark from under the fuse.

Dishwasher wont drain even after
Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. Check the drain hose for any visible clogging, remove if present. If no visible lint is present then remove then turn off the dishwasher and remove the drain hose and check for any visible clogging. If still not visible then the drain filter or drain pump is clogged and you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump.
Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

Noisy dishwasher
I have the same problem. I have been checking around on the internet, and it seems that the problems points to the bearing in the motor.

I have a GE GLD5860L15SS Quiet Power 2 dishwasher.
Sounds like a motor overload switch. You may have a bind on your motor or a clogged water pump. Try removing the kick plate and take a look underneath. You'd be amazed at what can end up under a dishwasher.

Our dishwasher has developed a growling sound
Sounds like a spray head has loosened up. Check both for wiggle and adjust any plastic nuts you see a bit tighter. Also sometimes that growl comes from a worn water pump bearing.

Hi, I have a GE GSD3207P. With plugged spray arms
I don't know if they even have this product on the shelf anymore but this product is ideal for what your asking for:
http://www.acehardwareoutlet.com/(t0se0nivtttsry45bq4xnf2w)/ProductDetails.aspx?SKU=19214 Too bad that this link does not offer it in single bottle qty. (12ea) The link is just so you can see the bottle and label.
What you need is a non foaming, non acidic, non corrosive and non flammable tub and tile cleaner.
Once you find that product.. start your machine let it fill completely and run for a moment then remove enough water to add the whole bottle of your cleaner. Start the machine for about 1 min, unlatch the door and let it soak for 1 hour. run it for another minute and soak another hour. Then check to see how everything looks. If it is clear then let the cycle finish. If not do the run / soak routine until the dishwasher finally pumps out normally. After you are done with the normal cycle put it thru a rinse and dry, then return it back to normal use.

Dishwasher water draining????
Make sure the odor is coming from the dishwasher.
Pull the bottom basket out and check for food that might be stuck in it. And check for food particles in the bottom of the dishwasher.
Then pour some baking soda into the dish liquid compatment. Run it through a complete cycle. This should deodorize and clean the dishwasher. i hope it helps. Please remember to leave rating.

Detergent collecting on door and not dispensing throughout machin
I'm sure we can fix this, the problem is, I don't get on-line as often as I would like and I will need more information to help you. I will need to know the model number of your unit that is listed on the unit. once I have the model number, I can look up the tech info I will need to assist...right now it sounds like a lack of water flow....as to why, I will need to look at the tech info to determine a possible problem and recommend steps to correct/repair the unit...I apologize in advance that it may take me a bit to respond, but I believe we can fix this with out a service call. Again, I will not be the quickest fix, but we can fix this if you wish to give it a try. Please let me know and provide the model number of your unit. I most likely will not be online tomorrow, am remodeling the kitchen and the schedule for tomorrow leaves little time for on-line....let me know.
