Welcome to FixYa. Based on your post, this is usually associated with a plugged drain or pump as you mentioned. These are the steps I'd suggest you take to move forward...
**Unplug the washer from the wall or turn off the breaker before attempting any repairs**
Get some towels and if possible a wet/dry vac. If the machine drained, it won't be too bad. If your machine is stuck full of water, that sucks...hopefully you won't get too wet. ( maybe you`re lucky enough to be close to a floor drain )
Locate the round door on the front of the machine (about 6" in diameter, lower right corner)
Find a drill bit or small screwdriver that fits in the hole in the round door.
3. Insert the bit into the hole in the door. It will push in a tab, it doesn't take much force. Rotate the hole (clockwise) to 6'oclock and it should come free. (the edges are very sharp so be careful...I usually cover the edges with electrical or duct tape or wear welders gloves).
4. Once the door is out of the way you'll be greeted by a 3-4" plastic cap with wings so you can unscrew it by hand or with the aid of pliers.
( you should also see a ring with a string attached, if you pull this the door should unlatch, but getting the water out first is usually a good plan )
THIS RELEASES THE DOOR LATCH IF PULLED
There is a small collector lip at the bottom of the cap, that is where you can hold the wet/dry vac to catch the water. Unscrew slowly so you don't get flooded, until it is unscrewed all the way out
5. Now pull out the trap and visually inspect the inside of the pump as well as the filter/trap.
Hopefully you'll find the item/debris that initiated your post here.

6. After removing any debris or obstruction`s re-install the button trap/lint filter and plug the washer in to power or reset the breaker and give it a test.
7. Run a load and watch for leaks. Leave the pump access door off until you are sure you screwed the cap in tight and there are no leaks.

Take your time and keep unscrewing it until it is free.
Pull out the trap that you just unscrewed and you'll most likely see the item that caused the E04 error code. There is an side of the trap that is marked that it needs to be installed facing downward, so watch for that when you put it back in.
Read these direction upside down and backwards to put it all back together.
Run a load and watch for leaks. You could leave the door off until you are sure you screwed the cap in tight enough.
There's a round 'door' at the lower front right of the washer. At the 5-o'clock position in the door there is a small hole. Put a small screwdriver blade in the hole and push in just a little then rotate the door clockwise up to the 6-o'clock position. The door will come out and you can drain the water and clean the filter for possible blockage. You can drain the water manually by putting the end of the drain hose over a bucket or basin. Position the bucket or basin as low as possible to extract as much water. Turn the filter knob counterclockwise to loosen and remove it.

Hopefully the info below will supply you with the assistance to get the door open for now at least...and a little more with some luck. The E4 error indicates a door kock error, however the door typically locks as a result of the unit failing to drain, so....

**NOTE - you should also see a ring attached, if you pull this the door should unlatch, but getting the water out first if present is usually a good plan
Once the door is open, unplug the washer for 20minutes or so and then plug it in again, to see if the control "resets". Good luck !

I am assuming that you will have turned off the hot and cold taps and removed the hoses and the water in them? Once you have removed the overflow/drainage pipe from the building's u-bend, lower the hose into a receptacle. That should get rid of the little/only water which may be in the drum/machine- the last spin/drain cycle should have removed all but a spoonful anyway, that is if the drain filter was clean and the drain pump was working correctly! (check my advice on filter cleaning on FixYa)
Transit bolts
Have you the original transit bolts? (don't be silly, John. Same as you -they can't remember where they stored them!).
If not (!) very carefully so as not to catch or damage or disconnect any of the wiring, you can use blankets and/or foam to pack between the drum and the sides, bottom and maybe the top although that really should not be necessary.
Ensure your removal people handle and pack the washer with care.
That's about all you can do ;-0)

I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to rinse or spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete and generic guidance notes for checking both the drain motorfilter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!) It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.

Check your pump for foreign objects. The pump is right behind the circle on the front of your washer. Take the circle off and you will see it. Unscrew the front of the pump and pull out. This is a trap to collect objects so they do not get caught in your pump propeller. CAUTION! If your washer is full of water be sure to have buckets and rags ready because all the water in the machine is going to come out
The part that you removed, was the pump filter, the pump is located behind the filter, possibly, the pump itself is leaking, or the filter cover is not fastened in tight enough, pr the filter seal is defective, if after tightening, it still leaks, suggest you replace the pump.

Hi, this indeed sounds quite serious, I would think that perhaps the violent shaking may have been due to the fact that the balance weights/mechanism were affected by the move? This would then cause the out of alignment sensor to "Trip" and this will then tell the unit to shut down, and prohibit working until the problem is resolved. Until, this problem is fixed, the unit will not function, or allow power to be fed through the system. However until one actually examines the unit,it really is almost impossible to tell exactly, as it also may be any number of things unfortunately. Also it may have shaken something else loose or damaged it?
To be able to do any type of DIY, one simply MUST have a service manual. it is almost impossible, well impracticable at least, to attempt to service, well anything without one. (I unfortunately have been unable to locate a copy for you either) In there are all the troubleshooting steps and procedures to undertake to isolate and remedy any problems. So if you insist on DIY, then somehow you will have to obtain a manual, contacting the manufacturer direct may provide one?
now, if DIY isn't what you wish to do, then in my professional opinion the very best and cheapest way to get this problem attended to, is to contact a local or head office of Bosch, and ask them for a referral to an authorised service center. Now then make contact here, and ask for a service call, when the service man arrives FIRST only ask for a "Quote"as to costings etc. now when you are given these details you can then make up your mind as to what to do, repair or replace.

I suspect that it needs a thorough clean, paying particular attention to the sentences in BOLD ;-0)

Remove the complete drawer. To do this you will have to do one of the following-
Top catch-
push down the lip/catch at the middle rear and pull the drawer out (that's how our Bosch one is removed)
release the catches underneath (our daughter's Indesit) or
lift upwards on the tray as it is coming out to clear the lip underneath.
One of these should enable you remove it
(I am having to guess some of the following!)
Once out identify which tray is for the conditioner- the others are simply 'chutes' and open-ended.
It will normally have some sort of cover over it which you must remove to expose the little stuck up pipe/tube. On some models there is just a small individual cap over the tube. The tube is down which the conditioner and water should siphon. It is likely to be blocked by 'gunge'- a mix of powder and conditioner. The whole of the tray, particularly this pipe and the bit which fits over it, must be completely clean and clear for it to operate correctly. It is worthwhile checking fairly regularly.
If this does not work, pull out the dispenser drawer far enough to be able to just see the softener tray, select the (final?) rinse and check that water is entering the tray. If it isn't there is a fault with the water distribution and an engineer call is required ;-0(

It is a bit of a challenge to fasten the gasket to the inner part of the drum and make sure not to mix up the front retaining ring with the rear one...they are different in diameter.
If you turn the drum by hand and its noisy then yes,something could be in her or could be a bearing fault,if its not noisy then could be the pump when its running,in which case try removing /cleaning the filter a the front R/H side....Good luck, from Scotland
