in side the projector is a small like an lcd screen i cannot remember the name, but they are not cheap this is how the projector displays the output so you can see the screen programs, this would of gone they do this, over time, this would need replacing, they are not cheap but you can replace it. its at the end of the light chamber in between the lenses. the part is called DMD
To me itcsounds like ypu have a 1080p signal, 1080i is what it accepts. The 1080p signal will only show up on half the screen. Switch blue ray player to 720p or 1080i output.
the projector flickers after 10 minutes ,it seems that the lamp ballast is failing
shows with vertical lines, it seems that the LCD panels are failing or the panels cable not be tightly plugged (panel-cable plugs into the mother board)
We supply original projector lamp, bulb, parts,Lcd panel,Lens,DMD chip, color wheel,motherboard,powersupply,ballast... with high quality and competitive price.

Something is catching on the fan blades. Possibly a screw or piece of plastic has come loose and is connecting with the fan blades when you switch it on. When the projector has been cool for a few hours remove the lamp and gently shake the unit to dislodge whatever is catching on the fan.
after you connect the laptop and the image shifts to the right, press auto adjust on the remote and the image will get OK.If not try resetting the projector settings to factory [not the lamp settings]this should solve the problemif not change the main board
you need to check:the Vga cables if the image shown is that from a computerfirstly check if the Panasonic logo comes ok in the beginningif ok then try connecting a laptop directly thru a short patch cable to the computer port of the projector[i am assuming that the projector has been installed to the ceiling]if this works ok , then the projector is fine!you need to figure out the problem with the vga cabling and switchers if any of them are used!
I'd recommend checking the fans of the projector, and make sure that they're spinning. Since you've mentioned that the lamp blew inside the unit, bits and pieces of the lamp might have lodged itself within the fans. It might also have to do w/ the after-market replacement bulb, which I normally wouldn't recommend.
The organic polarizers can get burnt by the bright light after a long time. The blue one is most susceptible and results in a yellowing of the projected image. You can see if it's damaged when the optics unit is dismantled.
Hi, First of all check the remove the lamp and check the same. if it found burned you have to replace it. Remember one thing you have to reset the lamp hour After replacing the lamp. You can see the option in the menu. resetting procedure. 1. inset the new lamp. 2. power on the projector. 3. Press menu and select OPTION. 4. Press enter button and the select LAMP RUN TIME. 5. Press and hold MENU button for 3 seconds. 6. Lamp reset , power off message will display. 7. power off the projector. this will reset the lamp hour.
Also Check
the lamp cooling fan of your projector. may be its has some problem. its
not running at the correct RPM. Do
one thing, Remove the fan from the projector. In the fan there will be a
specification sticker. Remove the sicker. now u can see a hole in the
center. its the bearing part of the fan. put one drop of oil in it. u
can use any type of lubricating oil. rotate the fan leafs with finger
for some time. after that re-stick the spec sticker. insert the fan in
the projector. power ON the projector and watch. ok
Open the upper cover remove screw back side of the projector
Remove LCD connector and clean with soft cloth and fix it again.
close the upper cover and then POWER ON if the problem exist then the blue LCD is faulty and need to be replaced.
(very carefully because the ribbon cables and connector of the LCD is very senstive)
Experience:
There is three LCD (liquid crystal display) in your projector when one LCD faulty he display a line some time flickering line one or two lines. Due to other two LCD is working well so this line is looking transparent. If BLUE LCD faulty than the line color is very light green or yellow.
Second option is this that your projector lamp life is near to end and after 2000 hours projector is very dirty inside and need service.
(service of LCDs and other parts of projector is a very technical job and I don't know you can do it or not)
Lamp changing instructions are on page 56 - 58 of the user manual. The lamp ET-LAE900 is about $140 - $200 online - you need to shop. Panasonic recommends replacement only by a qualified technician. If you don't have the user manual, you can get it at http://www.aboutprojectors.com - just search on your product and you'll see the PDF user manual link.
