you need too take the back off and clean all !! the rollers i use white vinegar acetic acid you can also buy rubber roller rejuvenator liquid its quite expensive and tbh isnt much better than vinegar sounds like the stacker has an issue carefully check around the whole unit for any bits of paper thats got jammed and is slowing down rollers etc etc
