Open clam-shell type case by pushing buttons on rear top and rear bottom of case and pulling case open like a book. Hello,Depending on your Sound Card in your computer and depending on your driver you've installed you could configure that audio-output (normally green jack) is changed to the Blue jack.You could try to change the audio config from 'Stereo' to 4.1 or 5.1.

go in safe mode and make rollback.if you now the driver go into taskmanager.make a rollback.it's strange the computer should work after reinstall.have you scaned it whitout ethernetcontact.

I would suspect the settings, always shut down using the start menu, shutdown. Open the Control Panel, Power Options, Advanced, change Hibernate, Uncheck, apply. Look over all settings select your options.
