You may have a problem with your battery. Usually the rechargeable battery goes bad on those units. Swap the battery from the working handset to one of the non working ones.

Hello rrno, First try simply swapping batteries with units that are still behaving... and/or moving handsets around... My experience has been the trouble travels with the BATTERY... Try purchasing a couple of new batteries. My second suggestion... EDIT OUT your email address... Skillful Scammers can hustle you pretty good with an ID and a single point in interest... Press the play/stop button (long button on 2nd row). Then press the on/off button on top row to turn off answering system if desired. (Sometimes it also helps to reset it, then turn it back on if desired)

hi, perhaps you've turned down (or off) the call ring volumn. Press the + button on the Right where it says volume & see if that helps you out. Bj

Unplug the battery. Hold down The * (star) and the #(hash) keys simultaneously. Re-connect the battery, phone will beep and screen will be blank. Press the voicemail (righthand silver key under the lcd screen). As above EEPROM/RAM message will appear. Place handset on base and your problem is solved.
