920-fan command 2 pin connector from power supply
Well thats not good, however if you can identify the Positive, usually RED, and Negative, usually BLACK. on the Fan, You can actually carefully insert the bared wire into a spare drive power connector, fans are all 12 V. You can use the YELLOW.. +12V & the alongside BLACK - 0V. This will power your fan. BE CAREFUL doing this. Once inserted use a piece of tape to secure the wires and fold them back against the Plug and secure. You may be able to buy a converter that plugs into that power connector & the fan?

Heatsink fan not working
Maybe the fan got unplugged from the motherboard? Open up the computer and find the heatsink fan and track the cable to see if its connected to anything.
