Always get your drivers from the manufacturer of your Laptop, Notebook or Desktop.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, usually one is able to download if available, by model number, All available Driver downloads as required.

If the driver is not available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are installing.

There are no XP drivers to be found with Microsoft as XP is no longer supported.

Most motherboards come have reset buttons on them, unplug and press the reset botton. Your power supply may be gone. Try replacing the power supply.

If it behaves like the image is stuck..freeze off ..and after a while it shuts down ..this is a video card error ..either it is too weak and does not supports the tasks ..or you need to reinstall it cause it has issues..
If it continues to make these problems ..and you have an on board card ...just use the on board one ..and see if it works ..cause the video card on the pci slot may be damaged..
if you already use the on board card ..than you should consider to get a pci one ..with better specs..at least a 256 M one ...to have enough memory to avoid freezing of the image ..
If all devices on it seam to be OK ..you should consider a full operating system reinstall cause you might have a bug in the system that cause this ...or ..the player you use is somehow not supported ..(install another one ..and uninstall the current one completely ..unless it is the windows media player ..I will recommend the VLC player cause it has almost all codecs built in ..here is a download for it ..

Either the hard drive has come unplugged, has gone bad, or the MBR on the system has been corrupted. Try inserting your Windows disk and choose the 'repair windows' option on the screen that comes up. If this doesn't work then it is likely that the hard drive is broken and will need replaced.

Open the case - Check the capasitors all of those top should be flat - Most propably there is couple of them which has rounded tops (They have dried and not working correctly)

Replace those capasitors or the whole motherboard

Try the jumper reset first, if no luck use the Hiren's Boot CD.

In that case I suggest there is a processing fault on *********** board. You could try re-seating the uProcessor in its socket.
