This depends on what "fan" you are talking about. If it is something that is part of the computers case then the manufacturer may replace this for free. If it is a fan on something internal such as the fan on the video card or even the processor, these can be replaced but are a little more difficult to deal with. You will have to find the exact size fan and try to replace them. If the part that the fan belongs to is not too old, I would contact the manufacturer just incase the part can be replaced by them.

Download the XP drivers and install them. It will fail to install but it will extract what you need on the computer.

Manually install the drivers though control panel and point to the extracted files "C:\swsetup\SP27103\" (might not be 27103 depending on the drivers version) Make sure include subfolders is checked.

The graphic drivers are a different story you need to start with the vista drivers. Google is your friend.
