They are all as bad as each other... no seriously, any of the "Brand Names" will be a good bet. I like, Pioneer, NEC, ASUS, Mitsubishi, are all good. Don't go the Blu-ray quite yet.

HP Media Center m7250n - How to hear audio steamefrom panel input

You need to unmute the line-in and adjust its level as necessary. Usually you can just double click on the speaker icon in the system tray and the Line In is by default muted and it is on the far right column (depending on your setup). If it is not displayed, click on Options and Properties and put a check mark by Line-in so that it will display.

Contact HP Support at Contact HP.

http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/contact/phone_assist.html#section1

On this page you want the 1-800-474-6836 phone number.

Toll free so it doesn't cost you anything, and a 24 hour - 7day a week service.

(Talking to them doesn't cost anything, like it does for some computer support.
I know it's a working number because I called it to verify)

Have the serial number of your computer written down, to give to the nice person on the phone.

This is located in the white Service Tag, on the back of your desktop computer.

The Restoration Disk is free. The shipping and handling is not. $17 for a 5 to 7 day ship, $24 for a 2 to 3 day ship.

Getting message ntldr is missing press ctrl alt del

Make sure that there is not any other disk such as a floppy, CD, or USB drive connected that it is trying to boot from. If not then it sounds like the file is corrupt. It is repairable but will take some work.
You can find instructions to repair it at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318728.

this issue has been taken up on this forum, with a plethora of solutions. This is a power issue. Easiest solution, unplug the computer, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in, wait 2 minutes, then turn it on. That will fix your problem 90% of the time. If not, here is a bunch of solutions:

Can you get to the "safe mode" by hitting F8 as it is booting up? You may be able to do a virus scan which could fix it.

Eathernet no longer works but connecting through

If ethernet previously worked with this card and driver, issue is not the driver unless it has become corrupted.  In device manager, uninstall ethernet card and then reinstall with driver (assuming you have it).  If card does not work with reinstalled driver, odds are you fried the card.

You could try the card in another computer if you have one.  In the meantime try another ethernet card if available.

Hp cpus power supply green light constantly blinking

As always verify all cords are plugged in properly. After that it sounds like you power supply went out. It is not that hard to replace. Make sure you unplug power cord. After you remove the pc cover, Usually you just need to unscrew 4 screws for the power supply. Somewhere on the power supply it should say how much watts it is. Anywhere from 200 watts and up. Just replace with exact wattage.

I have an HP with Media Center as well.

Generally you need a software program that specifically records streaming audio and or video. A freeware program I use is OpD2d. Google it and install. Very simple to use.
