ts stop printing and the LED power light green and orange at the center blink, like there is a paper jam.

There may fault in USB cable or USB or dot framework might not have been installed on our Laptop

It seems you are using a print server to connect the printer 1280 to your LAN. Uninstall the printer software and printer server driver. Connect the print server to the network and first re-install the print server driver. Then connect the printer to the print server and install the printer software. Refer user manual for assistance.
