if everything else works ok except AutoCAD then the problem is not the printer, it is a broken data connection between AutoCAD & the printer. Sometimes all it takes is to unplug & replug the cable, or restart the pc with printer already connected.

Paper jam.. most likely a very small piece caught in the roller.

It seems you are using a print server to connect the printer 1280 to your LAN. Uninstall the printer software and printer server driver. Connect the print server to the network and first re-install the print server driver. Then connect the printer to the print server and install the printer software. Refer user manual for assistance. Bot the print server and printer software should be compatible with your operating system.

you should reset the printer . press resume button 3 second. release the resume button .May be your printer ready.

You need to run the print head alignment from the toolbox.

Unless it can handle 12 x 18 inch paper, it won't be able to handle a3 which is 16.5 x 11.7 inches.

It is possible your printer is either out of ink, or it is possible the device is not making contact with the paper. Attempt to replace the ink cartridges first, if that does not work then I suggest bringing your printer to the nearest electronic repair shop.

try to replace the cartridge and clean the contackt points with a cloth and some mrmin

use an A3 printer
