First thing you need to do is remove the device from the device manager. Uninstall the printer, then reboot the computer and you use that first CD that you listed.

They are not designed to fit in the wrong place so you must have forced it in. Well, now you are gonna have to force it out - try duplicating the way you inserted it in the opposite to remove it. If you pushed there to get it in, pull there to get it out. You might trash the printer but what choice do you have - it is stuck and you gotta get it out. Worst case scenario is that you seriously damage the cartridge tray and that can be replaced. But just what HP might charge you for the part is another matter.

Dear Sir,

You are getting black lines in green color,and apperence of parallel light and dark lines because your colour catridge is almost empty.So solution is replace the catridge and take a printout. There is no proplem with a printer. i think it solves your problem.

Solution one: Reset the product

1. Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product. NOTE: The USB cable connects to the port on the back of the product. The port is labeled with the USB icon ( ). Figure 1: Example USB connection (your product might not look exactly the same as this example)
2. Remove the cartridges from the product.
3. Wait for the ' Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
5. Wait 60 seconds.
6. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button ( ).
7. Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
9. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.

Solution two: Service the product If you have completed all the steps listed above and are still experiencing a problem, service the product.
