(This can be caused by using non HP OEM ink)Check that the ISS to Cartridge cable is not damaged and is fully connected to the Ink Supply Tubes PCA.You can also try switching the magenta contacts with the yellow contacts and see if the problem stays with the yellow, or you now have a magenta problem.If the problem stays with the yellow, then you will need to replace the Ink Supply Tubes and Trailing Cable.If the problem moves to the magenta, then you just need to repair or replace the contacts (may just need cleaned)Good luck ! (My money is on bad compatible or refilled yellow ink cartridges)
