. Sometimes the power supply unit must be checked as a poor SMPS unit can deliver low voltage and cause issues to the printer function.You need to be tech savy to check using a multimeter on the power supply input and output voltages. Check all the leads and connections of the mother board , the tags to the ink cartridge. Also check the mechanical settings of the ink cartridge , if jammed or tight remove motor and manually free the drive before it is set back.

try to align the printer heads, here how first you on the unit it print sample pages then face it on the scanner face down press the button scan wait till the power light stop blink then try to print again

Correct you have to replace the cartridge(s) but still try to clean the contacts of cartridge and the contacts in the carriage to try. Normally when you re-fill the ink is spilled. Clean it with a tissue paper or a clean thin cotton cloth.

I think ur printer cartridge ink is finished. Other wise the cartridge circuit is dear.Pls replace ur ink cartridge .inform me result

Please remove all cartridges. Using a moist cloth clean the golden contacts on cartridge as well as printer. DO NOT touch nozzle of cartridge. Dont insert the cartridge yet.

Please do this :
1. Remove the power cable from printer. Remove the USB cable that connects printer to computer (remove it from printer as well as computer's usb port)
2. Press the printer power button and keep pressed for 3 minutes then release
3. Now plug in the power cable and usb cable (connect printer to computer) and power on the printer.

Now insert cartridges and see if error goes away.

It seems that you need to clean up the cartridges.
Follow the simple procedure and I hope it should work.
1 open lid to expose cartridge area
2 push power button to power off
3 allow printer to shut down- cartriges will park on the left side.
4 Look for any ink residue under where the cartridges normally are. Gently clean this best You can.You may use a screwdriver then several paper towells and iso alcohol. Under the cartrige area is a black plastic tray which can slide forward. I cleaned best I could under that as well.
5 close lid and power up and it should work.
You shall also hold the restart button on your printer for 1 minute just in a similar way you push it to start.This also helps sometimes.

Good day. If you're getting this message all you need to do is to install the software or the driver for your printer. This is because the computer detects your printer but it didnt have the software properly installed that's why it cant run properly like before. This is a normal problem for all devices. Just have the installation disc that came with your printer and install it then just restart your printer and then it should work fine. Don't forget to check the cables.
