1. Select your operating system, (OS in your PC) press next.
2. After selection you will see drivers.
3. download the desired driver.

You can download the printer driver from this link and once done downloading , just run the software to install all printer software and driver to your computer.

It appears that it has carriage stall problem. Please speak to tech support, so that if it is a hardware issue, and if the printer is in wty, then it could be replaced .

You can download the Widows 7 drivers for your printer from this link (click here), open the link and click blue "Download>>" button to download the software. The size if approx 362 .68 mb.

Click on this link (here), and a new window/tab will open up, select operating system type, click "next", click on the + sign snap-ins to expand the available hidden drivers/applications and select your drivers to download.

Hello Jen !

I would recommend a complete uninstall / reinstall of the software. If you have any other multifuntional printer or a scanner on this same computer you will need unistall it first, this could create a conflict between twain drivers.

Next time you need to be a little more specific on the issue: error messages ? scanning software ? os? etc

I would like to inform you that scanning involves bi-directional communication between the All-in-One and Computer, to check if the All-in-One is able to communicate with the Computer, please follow the steps below to scan a document or image from Windows Imaging Acquisition.
1. Verify that the all-in-one product power is turned on and the printer cable is properly connected.
2. Click Start.
3. Click All Programs.
4. Click Accessories.
5. Click Scanner and Camera Wizard.
6. Follow the Scanner and Camera Wizard instructions to scan images to the computer

Hi,

The printer is printing alignment page. This will be printed if the printer was reset or if you have changed the ink cartridges. We need to complete the alignment process.

1. Place the printed page on the scanner correctly.
2. Press scan button on the printer.
3. The ON light will start blinking, wait until the ON/OFF light stops blinking.
4. Now the alignment is completed and it should not print anymore untill next cartridge change

You have not mentioned the PC or Operating system to download the drivers. This link will help you choose the Operating system and download the drivers for installation

try connecting the Printer to different wall socket or on surge socket, this could be due to low supply of electricity

check the Cables connectivity properly.
let us know if this fixes the issue or not.
