Sony DSCW30 Shutter Button
mine did the same thing and i super glued it with a tooth pick.. but then a few months later it came off again and i lost it. i looked on the sony web site and there is nothin about replacing the part and i couldn't find a service center at all, you can send it off to get it repaired but it is a flat rate of $91. That is also the amount of a new camera. I would try to call the support line its 1800488sony. They are only open at certain times though. Wonder how many of these buttons have popped off. They aren't very strong.

Check the Manual or the Sony web site to get an understanding of Multi burst
You could simply type Multiburst in your search engine.
I gather it is a series of individual still s that play sequentially,
but check it out.

Date does not displayed on printed image
in the camera setup menu you have to have the time and date stamp turned on before you take the picture. Once you turn this feature on all of your photo will have time and date stamps. unless you turn it off.hope this helps
Zoom sticking
I don't think any "cleaning products" will help or be a good idea. If you can use a brush or a sliver of paper (NOT tissue!) and work around the button, that may dislodge anything rubbing or stuck against it. Perhaps only disassembling will allow it to be cleaned properly. If you've spilled Coke or the like on it then that is very sticky (sugar) and it would need to come apart.
Lens stayed out
You may have a damaged lens mechanism. This happens most often due to some shocks received by the camera. This problem will require service assistance because a lens mechanism is a VERY delicate equipment that needs calibration and proper tools to work with.
The single thing you may try is to press back the lents using 2 fingers, one at each side, aplying equal pressure. Don't force them too much however if you see they don't want to get back. Turn on, then off the camera and while it tries to do the same job, give it this ..help. You will hear a click sound when the lens come back in. This works for about 30% - 40% situations, but it depends on the type of damage the camera suffered.
