is the motor running is the belt ok does it spin on any other cycle if so its the program clock at fault

It is so common that the washing machine can make terrible noise in many ways and is a common fault. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that machine is vibrating when it is running then the motor /drum suspension has to be inspected. Since these fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for the noise with a good inspection lamp. Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. Tightening of the mounting is also very important. Finally in most cases a drop of OIL or smear of grease on the moving parts cane solve most issues.

Try unplugging the machine then plug it back .. this may reset the electronics .. if not ... call a repairman.

has it pumped out all the water if not clear pump/ filter

although the pump will turn by hand . when you use the motor power and the belt tenson;. it may be binding. ( this has been a common problem. ) ck for play in pump shaft and look for black under washer from belt fraying . my guess is the pump and also replace belt with the pump // hope this helps. **** and thanks for using fix ya ..

very common problem / ck the motor pulley / this is a double v pulley / top runs the main belt to the center and to bottom runs the pump . the lower side of pully has seperated and is running loose . replace it with the new style. it's is a one piece . and replace both belt as a set . this should solve problem/ good luck and thanks for ysing fix ya . ****

Your switch is bad. You don't necessarily need the switch. Snip the wires off either side of the switch and fuse them together with a wire connector.

Have you tried to drain the drum manualy by opening the drain plug, normaly located on botom either in the front or the back.when drained unplug the machine from the wall socket. then open the backcover, the drainpump are usually located next to drainplug. if not follow the hose connected to drain plug to get to the pump.when you found the pump remove it from the washing machine and strip it to clean the inside of the pump ,the impellor and so on. their you will find some black stuff that will stink a lot ,thats all old soap water.after cleaning put it back together and reinstall it. it should solve the problem, if not check for propper supply voltage to pump and spin motor.
